What we collect
To create and run your account we collect your username, email address, and (optionally) a Telegram contact handle. For paid plans, we process payment details through our card or crypto payment providers — we never see or store full card numbers ourselves.
What we don't collect
We do not log your VPN traffic: not the sites you visit, not what you download, not your browsing history. Our no-log policy applies to all plans, free or paid.
How we use your information
Account and billing data is used only to operate the service — provisioning your VPN access, processing payments, sending account-related notifications, and responding to support requests.
Third parties
Payments are processed by PCI-compliant card processors or verified on-chain for crypto — we share only what's necessary to complete a transaction, never more.
Data retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. Deleting your account removes your personal information and VPN access; a minimal record of past orders is retained for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the account data we hold, correct inaccurate information, or delete your account, by opening a support ticket or contacting us.
