Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before (and after) signing up.
What is Freemiga?
Freemiga is a fast, no-log VPN service that helps you bypass censorship, protect your privacy, and access the open internet from anywhere, including Iran.
Do you keep logs of my activity?
No. We run a strict no-log policy — we don't record which sites you visit, what you download, or your browsing history. We only keep the account and billing information needed to run the service (see our Privacy Policy for details).
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card or with USDT (crypto) on the Tron or Polygon network. Every plan is a one-time payment for its full duration — there's no recurring subscription or auto-renewal.
Can I try Freemiga for free?
Yes — new accounts get a limited free trial plan so you can test speed and compatibility before paying for a full plan. See the Plans page for current details.
How many devices can I use at once?
Each plan has its own device limit, shown on the Plans page. If you need more simultaneous connections, choose a higher-tier plan.
How do I set up Freemiga on my device?
After signing up and choosing a plan, follow our step-by-step setup guide for Windows, macOS, iPhone, Android, and more.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in specific cases — for example if the service fails to provision or a payment was charged in error. See our Refund Policy for the full conditions and how to request one.
Is my payment and personal information safe?
Yes. Card payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider — we never see or store your full card number. Crypto payments are verified directly on-chain.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your VPN access ends when your plan's duration runs out. You can renew into the same plan or switch to a different one at any time from your dashboard.
How do I contact support?
Open a support ticket from your dashboard once logged in, or use our Contact page if you don't have an account yet — our team replies as quickly as possible, day or night.
