Billing & payments

1. Crypto payments are non-refundable

Crypto payments are sent directly to our USDT wallet (Tron or Polygon network, depending on your choice) and settled on the blockchain, which is irreversible by nature. Once a transaction is confirmed on the network, no party — including us — can cancel or reverse it.

2. Payment confirmation

Card payments (via Stripe) are confirmed automatically by the payment gateway. Crypto payments are confirmed automatically once we verify your transaction on the blockchain. If a payment doesn't confirm automatically:

  • Contact support for a manual review
  • This process can take a few hours

3. Order timing

Each order has a payment window (typically 30 minutes). If you don't pay within that window, the order expires and you'll need to place a new one from your dashboard.

4. Account suspension

Accounts found in violation of these terms (e.g. commercial use, unauthorized resale, or malicious activity) may be suspended without refund. The suspension reason is always visible on your dashboard, and you can follow up through support.

5. Privacy

We only retain your username, email address, transaction amounts/timestamps, and (if you link it) your Telegram ID. We do not log your browsing activity.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be announced via Telegram (if linked) or a notice on your dashboard.

Acceptable use policy

Required reading — this is what gets an account suspended.

7. Acceptable use

This service is a general-purpose network tool for personal, lawful use. By using it you agree to comply with the laws of your own country and of any destination you connect to. We don't monitor or control the content of your traffic, but the restrictions below apply regardless, and violating them can result in immediate suspension.

8. Strictly prohibited activities

The following are never permitted, with zero exceptions. Any account found engaging in these will be suspended, disabled, or permanently blacklisted immediately and without warning:

  • Any illegal activity under the laws of your country, our jurisdiction, or the destination you're connecting to — including fraud, unauthorized access to computer systems, and distribution of stolen data.
  • Any content or activity involving the sexual exploitation of minors, in any form. This is reported to the relevant authorities without exception.
  • Hacking, exploiting vulnerabilities, port scanning, brute-force login attempts, or any attempt to gain unauthorized access to a system you don't own or don't have explicit permission to test.
  • Denial-of-service attacks, network flooding, or any activity intended to disrupt another system or network.
  • Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or operating a mail/message relay for that purpose.
  • Distributing malware, ransomware, phishing pages, or any tool designed to compromise other users' devices or accounts.
  • Large-scale distribution of copyrighted material you don't hold the rights to (organized mass seeding/uploading — this clause doesn't target incidental personal use).
  • Reselling, sharing, or subletting your account or connection credentials to anyone outside your own household.

9. Device limits and account sharing

Each plan allows a fixed number of simultaneous devices/connections (shown on the plan itself) and this is enforced automatically. Trying to work around it — including sharing your login with others to exceed it — is a violation of these terms, whether or not it's intentional.

10. Automated monitoring and enforcement

We use an automated system that monitors connection patterns (not your traffic's content) — e.g. connection rate, concurrent device count, destination diversity, and repeated failed connections — to detect abuse in real time. Depending on severity, it can log the event, notify us, or automatically suspend, disable, or permanently blacklist your account, without requiring manual review first. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact support — but the action itself happens automatically and immediately, to protect your account and the service.

11. Your legal responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use this service and for complying with the laws that apply to you. We provide a network tool; we do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for what you do with it. If your use exposes you to legal consequences in your own jurisdiction, that's between you and the relevant authorities — we provide no legal cover of any kind.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account at any time for violating these terms — without prior notice and without refund (see section 4) — and may refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
